General Information
That new amazing space is nothing without the best transportation service in the industry.
Below you will find some information that will make your delivery, on-site moves or pick-up, a smooth process. You may also contact a Space Solutions Expert to discuss your needs and/or concerns.
Delivery
Before service vehicles arrive
- Mobile Office Inc. will contact the “site Contact” to verify the site and you are ready for delivery. In addition, we will give an ETA. Please note, traffic and weather conditions can impact arrival times.
- When your unit is on its way, please verify a clear path for your building and our service vehicles to maneuver.
On arrival
- Once your unit has arrived on-site, our driver will ask to see where the building is being places. At this time our driver will assess the route and drop location as well as discuss any issues and concerns.
Setup procedure
Typically we will setup your unit including:
- Leveling
- Blocking
- Stair setup
Please note, if site conditions are not adequate for proper setup, “ABS” pads will be used for an additional charge.
TIE DOWNS
- If your unit is being tied down, the location of your building must be JULIE prior to tie down installation. Exception is when using all concrete anchors. Mobile Office Inc. will handle the dig request except in the following:

On-Site Move
Before service vehicles arrive
- You are responsible for clearing the area beneath and around your building prior to arrival. As well as, disconnect power, plumbing, data or any other service connections. Services charges may result from excessive wait times.
- Inside your unit please secure all items, Mobile Office Inc. is not responsible for any items damaged inside your unit during transit.
On-site move procedure
- After you and our driver verify new location and route, we will start the teardown procedure, removal of tie downs, unblock.
- Once your building is in the new location, we will conduct our Setup Procedure.
- The same tie down protocol applies to any new location, unless using all concrete anchors.
Pick-Up
Before service vehicles arrive
- You are responsible for disconnecting all utilities along with removal of any signs or obstacles that will prohibit the building from being “road worthy”.
- You are responsible for clearing under your building as well as around your building. In addition you must clear a path for the removal of our service vehicles and your building.
- Please broom sweep your unit and remove all items. Mobile Office Inc. does not charge a cleaning deposit.
Removal procedure
- Remove tie downs, all block and pads as well as teardown and load the stairs.
